Esteban Y. Mendoza obtained his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo Law School in 1992, was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1993. He completed his Masters of Laws (Banking, Corporate and Finance Law) from Fordham University School of Law in 1997.
His areas of expertise involve advising and representing individual and corporate clients in contractual and property disputes, enforcement of contractual rights, fraud, commercial and criminal litigation, family law, and estates.
He is also engaged in labor law practice and regularly advises clients on illegal dismissal and termination-related issues, fraud, tort, outsourcing, violations on the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, retrenchment, labor union-related matters and assisting clients at collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
When not lawyering, he is an audiophile and a bibliophile.
Eduardo M. Pangan obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Ateneo Law School in 1991 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1992.
His area of expertise consists of corporate, commercial, and foreign investments law.
He has more than 28 years’ experience negotiating and structuring acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures in real estate, manufacturing, food, and information technology.
When not lawyering, he is a father 200%. A distant second is golf.
